Profhilo is a skin bioremodeller containing a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. It functions by stimulating the production of skin collagen and elastin while enhancing skin hydration. Administered via intradermal injection using fine needles, Profhilo aims to rejuvenate, tighten, hydrate, and lift the skin. It is commonly used to address tired, aging, lax, and dehydrated skin, as well as fine lines and wrinkles. While typically applied to the face, Profhilo can also treat the neck and hands or other parts of the body. It is important to note that Profhilo differs from dermal fillers and is not intended for treating deep lines or scars or for adding volume.
 

Procedure Details:

Profhilo treatment consists of two sessions spaced six weeks apart. For maintenance, a further two-treatment course is recommended every six months. Initial results become apparent gradually over 4-6 weeks, with an average duration of six months. However, individual results may vary, and additional treatments may be necessary to achieve or maintain desired outcomes. Bumps are visible right after the treatment and usually subside within 3-5 days.
